1^st Google Position are committed to delivering the best possible service to all our clients, the following Terms & Conditions are designed to set out clearly from the start what we can expect from each other throughout our working partnership.

 

1. Terms of Contract:

1.1) The following terms and conditions apply to You (the client) and are legally binding for the duration of the contractual period agreed by 1^st Google Position and You regarding Search Engine Optimisation or Pay-Per-Click services.

 

2. Contractual Period:

2.1) The rolling contract between 1^st Google Position and You will run for a period of 30 days from the date agreed by both parties and will continue until either party advises differently. Contracts may be terminated upon written notice of no less than 30 days.

 

3. Services:

3.1) 1^st Google Position will ensure, where possible, that all advertising requirements are met. However this is dependant on information provided by You to enable 1^st Google Position to carry out work, as per Your instructions, with regards to adequate daily exposure and page positioning.

 

4. Client Contact:

4.1) You must provide a valid contact telephone number and email address to enable 1^st Google Position to contact You when necessary

4.2) 1^st Google Position will ensure regular contact is maintained at all times, providing You with regular account performance updates. 1^st Google Position requires You to do the same with regards to website changes; new product introduction etc to ensure the account is always up to date to enable optimum performance.

 

5. Payment:

5.1) Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis as appropriate and you shall pay the fees, without deduction, on a pre-determined date previously agreed by both parties.

5.2) In the event of non-payment 1^st Google Position will suspend all further work on the account until any outstanding payment(s) due are received in full.

5.3) You shall pay the amount agreed by the following methods:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Direct Debit/Standing Order

6. Payment Methods:

6.1) You will agree to provide all relevant payment details to ensure payments can be taken successfully on the set payment date.

6.2) You are responsible for advising 1^st Google Position of any changes to Your payment details, failure to do so, therefore resulting in a failed payment, may result in a penalty charge and interest being added to the payment total.

 

7. Confidentiality Assurance:

7.1) 1^st Google Position undertakes that all information pertaining to your business, Search Engine Optimisation and Pay Per Click accounts shall remain confidential at all times. No details will be passed to any third parties.

 

8. Contract Stipulations:

8.1) This Agreement shall run for an initial period of 30 days and You are able to cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice of intention to cancel.

8.2) If there is no advice to cancel the Contract as detailed in 9.1 the contract will continue to 'rollover' until further notice from You or 1^st Google Position as detailed in point 9.1.

8.3) Any contractual agreement between 1^st Google Position and You shall not be a sign of exclusivity on the part of 1^st Google Position, nothing within this Agreement will prevent 1^st Google Position representing a third party who may provide a similar service/product as you.

 

9. Cancellation Terms:

9.1) In order to cancel this Contract Your must provide a minimum 30 days notice in writing. Upon cancellation all Search Engine Optimisation work will cease and any work carried out by 1^st Google Position on Your behalf, on the Pay-Per-Click Account and Campaign, may be undone – this will be determined at the discretion of 1^st Google Position.

9.2) Cancellation by You without prior notice as detailed in point 9.1 shall incur a one off cancellation fee.
